Co-Hive is seeking a dedicated Program Facilitator to lead our 20-week group programs for young adults with disabilities aged 17-35. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive program designs that cater to individual goals and needs.
  • Foster strong relationships with participants and ensure sessions are inclusive, practical, and aligned to their objectives.
Requirements
  • A minimum of experience as an Educator or in a teaching capacity is required.
  • Possess strong digital and planning skills, with proficiency in using tools like Google Workspace and AI.
  • Demonstrate a participant-focused mindset that is empathetic, inclusive, and empowering.
