Co-Hive is seeking a dedicated Program Facilitator to lead our 20-week group programs for young adults with disabilities aged 17-35. This role goes beyond teaching - it's about designing meaningful learning experiences, inspiring personal growth, and helping participants develop skills for employment, independence, and a fulfilling adult life.
">About the RoleThis role encompasses not only teaching but also designing and delivering engaging learning experiences that inspire personal growth and empower individuals to develop essential skills for employment, independence, and a fulfilling adult life.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive program designs that cater to individual goals and needs.
- Foster strong relationships with participants and ensure sessions are inclusive, practical, and aligned to their objectives.
- A minimum of experience as an Educator or in a teaching capacity is required.
- Possess strong digital and planning skills, with proficiency in using tools like Google Workspace and AI.
- Demonstrate a participant-focused mindset that is empathetic, inclusive, and empowering.
