**About the Role**

The Learning and Development Partner will be responsible for maintaining all Krispy Kreme existing training programs along with the creation and implementation of future training programs and updates across the business.

Working closely with our field based operating teams across Australia and New Zealand in both Retail and Manufacturing you will be well supported to ensure strong engagement and knowledge of the Learning and Development Program is maintained.

**In this role you will be;**
- Maintaining and updating the existing Krispy Kreme Learning and Development Program, including, but not limited to, Retail and Manufacturing induction, Workplace Fundamentals (Compliance) and Management Skills
- Working with Subject Matter Experts (Internally) to develop and implement Learning and Development plans, content, instruction for Krispy Kreme.
- Designing and creating educational and engaging material, including training modules, workshops, presentations, process documents, FAQs, online modules/videos to support new products, processes and procedures and facilitate change
- Supporting the Learning and Development Manager with adhoc projects and learnings engagement initiatives as needed.
- Using the information in the LMS to provide meaningful, timely reports on Learning and Development.
- Maintaining the company Compliance Training register in line with Krispy Kreme’s policy and business needs

**About You**

- Sound knowledge of L&D principles and practices.
- Understanding of the policies and procedures that govern the delivery of the corporate L&D programs.
- Superior influencing & relationship development skills.
- The ability to collaborate with others to achieve agreed results and outcomes.
- The ability to manage time, set priorities and plan workload to meet objectives with mínimal supervision.
- Experience administration with an online Learning Management System (Litmos preferred)
- A highly proactive, resourceful, people-focused approach with sound business acumen and strong attention to detail.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Integrity and a commitment to ethical operations.
- Confidence, passion and enthusiasm about the customer experience and the Krispy Kreme Brand.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Experience with Articulate 360 program
- A minimum of 3-year experience designing and writing Learning and Development content.
- Experience with Litmos or other Learning management systems
- Tertiary qualification in Training, Learning and Development, Facilitation or equivalent experience.(e.g. Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment -TAE)
- Intermediate level Microsoft word/power/excel
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Learning and Development roles,
preferably with FMCG or retail sectors
