This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the delivery of a 20-week group program for young adults with disabilities, aged 17-35, with low support needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and facilitating engaging learning experiences that promote independence, confidence, and real-world skill development.

The ideal candidate will have experience as an Educator or past teaching experience, with a strong background in Education or Training. They will possess excellent digital and planning skills, including proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Canva, and AI. A participant-focused mindset, creativity, and a proactive approach are essential for success in this role.

In addition to their technical skills, the successful candidate will demonstrate a passion for innovation, inclusion, and lifelong learning. They will be able to adapt content and communication to meet the diverse needs, interests, and support requirements of participants.

This is a full-time or part-time position (minimum 6-month commitment) located in Alexandria, Sydney. The salary will be based on experience.

Key responsibilities include leading program delivery, designing learning experiences, and monitoring participant progress. Experience in Employment and Career Development, Sports and Fitness, or Technology and Digital Media is highly regarded.
