Job Opportunity

A skilled Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer is sought after by our organization to originate and close qualified mezz/preferred-equity transactions. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for expanding our referral network of mortgage bankers, broker-dealers, RIAs, and family offices.

The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of experience generating and closing CRE debt or equity, a documented hunter track record, fluency in DSCR, CLTV, NOI drivers, and a strong Rolodex of active sponsors, mortgage bankers, and capital advisors nationwide.

Responsibilities:

  • Originate and close $30m+ / yr of qualified mezz/preferred-equity transactions.
  • Expand the referral network of mortgage bankers, broker-dealers, RIAs, and family offices.
  • Partner with Marketing to test campaigns, craft collateral, and headline webinars/panels.
  • Pilot new tools and stay on the cutting edge of the industry.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience generating and closing CRE debt or equity.
  • Documented hunter track record.
  • Fluency in DSCR, CLTV, NOI drivers.
  • Strong Rolodex of active sponsors, mortgage bankers, and capital advisors nationwide.
