We're on a mission to create an extraordinary living experience for students. As a Student Experience Ambassador, you'll play a vital role in bringing our vision to life.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement programs that enhance the social, cultural, and academic experiences of our residents. This includes:

  • Designing and delivering engaging events and activities that foster a sense of community and belonging among residents.
  • Collaborating with residents to identify their needs and preferences, and working to address these through targeted initiatives.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of available services and resources within the university, local community, and Scape's network, and sharing this information with residents.
  • Providing support and guidance to residents, helping them to make the most of their university experience.
  • Becoming a familiar face in your area, encouraging residents to share their feedback and ideas for improvement.

You'll thrive in this role if you're a customer service superstar who loves working with people. You'll be high energy, driven, and detail-focused, with excellent communication skills and a passion for building strong relationships.

We're looking for someone who is:

  • A resident at the property during the period of employment.
  • A student during the period of employment.
  • Available to work evenings and weekends.
  • Available to work at least one semester.
  • Able to secure a Working with Children check (we can provide support with this process).
