Event Coordinator Role
The Event Coordinator is a crucial role in enhancing the resident experience through the creation and execution of engaging social, educational, and wellness-based activities.
This role involves fostering relationships with local businesses to connect residents with the wider community and deliver added value to their living experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent company values in all interactions and serve as a brand ambassador.
- Develop high-quality events tailored to resident interests and needs.
- Collaborate with vendors and local businesses to source supplies, negotiate partnerships, and promote community engagement.
- Manage event logistics, including planning, execution, supplier compliance, and on-site coordination.
- Liaise with internal teams to align events with marketing campaigns and leasing objectives.
- Capture and share content from events across marketing channels in line with brand guidelines.
Requirements
- Proven experience in event coordination, hospitality, or community engagement.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Effective communicator, engaging diverse audiences and building effective partnerships.
- Creative mindset, passionate about creating inclusive resident experiences.
- Attention to detail, particularly in administration, reporting, and compliance documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with CRM system experience advantageous.
- A flexible approach, comfortable with occasional after-hours and weekend work.
