Job Title: Pricing and Data Lead
\The key role of the Pricing and Data Lead is to develop, implement, and govern data-driven pricing strategies that enable sustainable value creation.
\This position requires a strong commercial and financial acumen, with demonstrated experience leading a pricing function in a similar environment.

- Developing Enterprise-Wide Pricing Strategy:\
- Aligns with company goals, brand positioning, and channel strategies across Australia and New Zealand.\
- Oversees the use of pricing and sales data to unlock margin opportunities and improve decision quality through dashboards, reports, and forecasting tools.\
- Partners with Category, Sales, and Finance teams to support key initiatives including range reviews, price repositions, and major customer proposals.\
As part of this role, you will drive ongoing improvements within the function, including automating repetitive tasks, enhancing forecasting algorithms, and integrating new data sources. This position also offers opportunities for career growth and professional development.
