Regional Sales Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled Regional Sales Development Manager to join our team in Regency Park, SA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the South Australian construction market.
Key Responsibilities:- Cultivate strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to identify business opportunities.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to inform business decisions.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality proposals to clients.
- Promote Aptella's innovative machine control and weighing solutions to customers.
- You have previous experience in sales, preferably in the construction industry.
- You possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- You are self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong commitment to delivering results.
- A competitive base salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Ongoing commissions based on sales performance.
