Healthcare Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Healthcare Coordinator, where you will play a key role in ensuring seamless coordination of care services for our clients.
This exciting opportunity allows you to contribute to a leading provider of Aged Care Services, impacting the lives of those we serve. As part of our HCP team, you will be responsible for planning rosters, optimising staff time, and maintaining effective communication channels across all stakeholders.
You will be working 5 days a week at our office, utilising your expertise in leave planning and experience in 24-hour rostering within the Community Services industry. Your ability to adapt quickly to unforeseen changes in staff availability and manage emergency replacement requirements will be invaluable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proven experience in rostering within a fast-paced, geographically dispersed setting
- Ability to adapt quickly to unforeseen changes in staff availability and manage emergency replacement requirements
- Expertise in leave planning to ensure uninterrupted service delivery
- Time management skills with a focus on client and employee satisfaction
- Experience with Visualcare software preferred
