Our team at the North West Region | Central Goldfields is seeking a skilled professional to join us in a Permanent Part Time capacity. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating after-hours services, working closely with our team to ensure seamless care for patients.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, including effective communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities. They will also possess comprehensive knowledge of contemporary patient flow and discharge practices, as well as the ability to facilitate and manage change within a large complex healthcare organisation.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

**Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Post Graduate Qualification in Management or working towards
  • Demonstrated expertise in patient flow and discharge practices, as well as effective leadership skills
