Our Lady of Loreto Gardens, Hamlyn Terrace, is our peaceful 60-bed Residential aged care service offering exceptional care and elegant accommodation to our residents. Set against the natural bush backdrop of the Central Coast, we offer a home like environment where residents are treated with compassion and respect.

In this role, you will provide exceptional coordination services in relation to clinical quality and education support. You will ensure that current accreditation standards are met or exceeded.
- In addition to this, you will:_
- Implement our standard operating model for quality and education
- Ensure clinical and service delivery is upheld to the highest standards
- Coordinate and conduct internal and external quality audits
- Facilitate effective training and education to new and existing staff; including induction and competencies and more.
- To be successful for the role you will have:_
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience and understanding of quality management systems
- Experience in mentoring and training staff
- Knowledge of Aged Care Act
- Understanding of Aged Care Accreditation Standards
- Authority to practice as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with AHPRA
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment - Or Willingness to Obtain
