Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our Living Sectors team as an Assistant Valuer.

This role offers the opportunity to work on a range of clients, including banks, corporates, developers, and major institutions, undertaking valuation and consultancy work, including preliminary assessments, property inspections, data compilation, sales/leasing analysis, and report preparation.

The successful candidate will be able to obtain hands-on experience and progress towards achieving Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) status, working closely with our experienced team and benefiting from our significant resources and large valuation team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake valuation and consultancy work for a variety of clients, including conducting site visits and preparing high-quality reports.
  • Develop skills and knowledge in valuations, working closely with senior members of the team.
  • Progress towards achieving CPV certification, gaining hands-on experience and building expertise in property valuations.
Requirements
  • A recent property graduate or someone close to completing their studies, eager to pursue a career in valuations.
  • Able to work full-time and possess strong analytical skills, with a proactive and positive approach to work.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word, Outlook, and Excel, with the ability to learn new systems.
