Job Title: Support Specialist

We are seeking reliable and compassionate individuals to provide assistance with daily living tasks, promote independence, and foster trusting relationships with our clients.

This role involves supporting people with disabilities in the community and at home, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.

The ideal candidate will possess a Certificate IV in Disability or Mental Health, or be working towards obtaining those qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assistance with community access and recreational activities
  • Personal care (showering, toileting, and hygiene assistance)
  • Meal preparation and cleaning
  • Behavioural and Mental Health Support
Requirements:
  • Comfortable working independently and as an active team member
  • Ability to work flexible casual hours
  • Current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check
  • Valid Australian Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
