We are seeking a skilled Marketing Communications Professional to join our team at Mounties Group. This is a full-time 12-month maternity leave contract with the potential to extend into a full-time capacity.

As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital and direct marketing campaigns across the group. Your focus will be on optimising results through all digital and direct marketing channels, ensuring seamless communication with multiple agencies, and maximising relationships with digital and direct marketing agencies.

You will have prior experience in digital marketing, with a structured approach to data-driven marketing strategies. Your HTML coding knowledge will enable you to produce high-quality EDMs, while your excellent written and verbal communication skills will allow you to effectively communicate with various stakeholders. Additionally, your attention to detail and strong copywriting skills will ensure that all marketing materials adhere to Mounties Group Quality Standards.

This role requires someone who is technologically savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and marketing technology. As a creative and innovative thinker, you will be able to develop effective marketing strategies that align with the company's values and goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage direct marketing including SMS, Email, and app push notifications
  • Report on performance of digital and direct Campaigns
  • Work with multiple agencies to optimise advertising spend
  • Manage content across multiple websites/applications and ensure information is up-to-date
  • Maximise relationships with digital and direct agencies
  • Ensure assets adhere to Mounties Group Quality Standards
  • Support the marketing team as required

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as access to discounted meals, uniforms provided, and onsite parking.
