Digital Marketing Specialist

The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Communications Executive (Digital & Direct) to join our team on a full-time 12-month maternity leave contract with the potential to extend into a full-time capacity.
As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for optimising results through all digital and direct marketing campaigns across the group. This will include managing direct marketing, reporting on performance, working with agencies, and managing content across multiple websites and applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage direct marketing campaigns including SMS, Email, and app push notifications.
- Report on the performance of digital and direct campaigns.
- Work with multiple agencies to optimise advertising spend.
- Manage content across multiple websites and applications, ensuring information is up to date.
- Maximise relationships with digital and direct agencies.
- Ensure assets adhere to Mounties Group Quality Standards.
- Support the Marketing Team as required.

Requirements:
- Prior experience in Digital Marketing.
- Data driven, with a structured approach to digital marketing.
- HTML coding knowledge for EDM production.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong copywriting skills.
- Positive can-do attitude and ability to work well within a team.
- Technologically Savvy, including Microsoft Office programs and Marketing Technology, Adobe Creative Suite.
