Reliability Specialist

Key Responsibilities- Demonstrate alignment to BHP's Charter Values and Code of Business Conduct.
- Support safety leadership by contributing to the Field Leadership program to continuously improve safety performance.
- Build business partnerships and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
- Support reliability improvements and defect elimination in the end-to-end maintenance system.
- Analyse performance metrics and benchmark performance across the site and other BHP businesses.
- Develop and optimise maintenance strategies to maximise plant safety, reliability, and performance.
- Develop and increase the capability of the maintenance execution team to drive safety, reliability, efficiency, quality of work, and 'maintenance as a profession'.
- Electrical/Mechanical Engineering degree or trade qualification.
- Safety conscious, with proven ability to demonstrate risk management and HSEC behaviours.
- Passionate about maintenance, continuous improvement, and reliability/defect elimination.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
- Team player with ability to work effectively unsupervised and highly self-motivated.
- Ability to communicate well across multiple levels and disciplines.
- Experience with SAP and Asset Management Software advantageous.
