Drive Business Growth through Financial Expertise

The primary goal of this position is to bridge the gap between finance and sales by providing financial and commercial support to the sales and product teams. You will be working closely with the revenue lead to achieve business growth objectives.
- Collaborate with sales and product leaders to manage profit and loss (P&L) statements, focusing on month-end close and forecasting for revenue and related costs.
- Conduct financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Analyze revenue performance and its financial impact.
- Contribute to monthly financial reporting and analysis.
- Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies within the finance function.
This role requires a strong background in financial analysis and reporting, with experience in financial planning and budgeting processes. Key qualifications include:
- 5+ years of experience as a finance analyst or finance business partner.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Experience with financial planning and budgeting processes, particularly regarding forecasting and month-end close.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with various stakeholders.
- Proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
- Basic understanding of revenue recognition principles.
