Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned software engineer to provide timely technical advice and direct integration support to projects or business areas where there is a requirement for urgent support.

This role involves working with cross-functional teams to execute relevant business improvement initiatives and drive the improvement of engineering integration capability in the company.

The successful candidate will have significant experience in large-scale project execution involving multi-disciplinary engineering teams, as well as excellent problem-solving skills in complex integration environments.

They will also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence and promote change.

A degree in a relevant field and supporting eligibility for CPEng registration is required. Defence security clearance is also necessary for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical advice and direct integration support to projects or business areas where there is a requirement for urgent support
  • Work with cross-functional teams to execute relevant business improvement initiatives
  • Drive the improvement of engineering integration capability in the company
  • Support large-scale project execution involving multi-disciplinary engineering teams
  • Develop and implement solutions to complex integration problems
  • Mentor and coach junior engineers in system integration principles and practices
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies
