Job Overview

As a Dream Systems Integration Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the development of cutting-edge combat systems that deliver exceptional performance to naval forces.

You will thrive in a collaborative and supportive environment, learning from experienced engineers and mentors as you grow your skills and expertise.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in engineering or equivalent experience, with two to five years of systems integration experience preferably within an ASDEFCON context.

Key responsibilities include system requirements management, architecture design, integration, verification, and validation, as well as working on complex defence industry programmes and managing internal and external stakeholders.

  • System Requirements Management: Develop and manage system requirements to ensure seamless alignment with customer needs.
  • System Architecture Design: Create and implement system architectures to meet customer requirements.
  • Systems Integration: Integrate systems and components to ensure optimal performance.
  • Verification and Validation: Conduct and participate in design reviews and working groups to ensure system quality.

The successful candidate will be an Australian citizen, eligible for an AGSVA security clearance, and proficient in MS Office and other tools such as DOORS.
