About this Safety Role

This 12-month position offers the opportunity to drive a strong safety culture and collaborate with a high-performing team. Safety excellence is key to our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive HSE excellence across the organization, ensuring everyone is responsible for safety.
  • Closely work with frontline and management teams to achieve safety goals.
  • Coach and mentor supervisors and managers on building a strong safety culture and accountability for safety in their areas.
  • Collaborate with local and regional safety teams as well as SMEs on specific risks related to oil and gas supply bases.
  • Support emergency response arrangements, including the development and maintenance of procedures and training.
Requirements:
  • NEBOSH or Cert 4 in OHS Certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of working experience related to health and safety.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
