Insurance Administrator Opportunity

An exciting chance to work with a Melbourne-based industry superannuation fund as an experienced Insurance Administrator. We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented professional to join our team, responsible for managing administrative tasks related to member insurance and ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative tasks related to life insurance and other benefits
  • Handle additional administrative tasks such as salary adjustments, member updates, and termination processes
  • Respond to member and employer inquiries via phone and email
  • Assist in report preparation, schedules, testing, and systems assurance checks
  • Support other administrative tasks as needed

Selection Criteria:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to varying situations and take on different tasks
