The successful candidate will be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and court hearings with precision and attention to detail. They will also draft legal documents and reports with accuracy and ensure the organization and maintenance of client files and case documents are carried out efficiently.

In addition, they will conduct thorough research, compile pertinent information for cases, facilitate communication among attorneys, clients, and external parties, and prioritize urgent matters in incoming calls and correspondence.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years prior experience as a legal secretary, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Legal software, a minimum typing speed of 65 wpm with accuracy, excellent communication skills, a desire to learn, and a positive, proactive attitude.
