**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a strategic business partner. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the full range of HR activities, including employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring effective HR administration and payroll for all employees;
  • Analyzing staffing needs and proposing solutions to meet business objectives;
  • Coordinating training and development initiatives to support business growth;
  • Counselling management on employee-related matters and developing organizational development initiatives;
  • Acting as a direct point of contact for employees on all employment-related issues;
  • Coordinating internal communications and managing the EHS function to ensure a safe working environment;

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience as a HR Manager in an industrial environment (minimum 5 years);
  • A Master's degree in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology or relevant field;
  • Solid understanding of HR practices and applicable labor laws;
  • Knowledge of EHS practices, policies, and procedures is an advantage;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Customer focus and high approachability;
  • Accuracy and business acumen with interest in manufacturing;
  • Effective problem-solving skills and flexibility;
