We are seeking skilled professionals to fill a heavy machinery technician position within our field service team.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in diesel fitting and mobile plant maintenance, with a strong understanding of MEM equipment (CAT, Komatsu, Liebherr & Hitachi Equipment).

Australian recognized trade certificates in Diesel Fitting or Mobile Plant, as well as current Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical certification, are required.

The role involves completing breakdown works, troubleshooting, diagnostics, servicing, and component change outs on heavy machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on heavy machinery
  • Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures to identify equipment issues
  • Complete breakdown works and perform component change outs
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and equipment condition

Requirements:

  • Trade certificate in Diesel Fitting or Mobile Plant
  • Current Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical certification
  • Unrestricted rights to work in Australia
  • Extensive experience in diesel fitting and mobile plant maintenance
  • Strong understanding of MEM equipment (CAT, Komatsu, Liebherr & Hitachi Equipment)
