Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Compliance and Conduct Risk Manager.

About the Role:
As a key member of our Compliance department, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and embedding our compliance & conduct strategy. You will work closely with stakeholders to enhance risk management practices and support regulatory change initiatives.

Your key responsibilities will include:
• Providing expert advice on compliance & conduct risk across our organization
• Partnering with internal stakeholders to embed an effective and robust compliance control environment, solve problems, and drive outcomes
• Developing and implementing methodologies to assess, measure, and report compliance & conduct risks
• Owning, developing, and monitoring compliance policies and procedures, ensuring effective implementation
• Delivering data-driven insights to monitor compliance and conduct risk appetite and drive action
• Supporting the implementation of regulatory changes and continuous improvement in complaints management, claims handling, and product governance
• Supporting Risk Committees in managing compliance & conduct responsibilities
• Designing and delivering training programs to enhance awareness of compliance risks
• Collaborating with partners in Line 2 and Line 1 to ensure that regulatory requirements are understood, documented, and substantively met

Your Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
• Strong compliance & conduct expertise with experience embedding robust frameworks, preferably in insurance
• A problem-solving mindset, focused on delivering practical and effective solutions
• An ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear, jargon-free manner
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders
• A strategic thinker, able to see the bigger picture while managing day-to-day compliance activities
• Experience in regulatory change management and large-scale transformation programs
