About this Role:

This position is responsible for managing daily store operations, leading a team of staff members and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives
  • Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Promote a positive work environment that focuses on exceptional customer service
  • Ensure a safe working environment for all employees and customers
  • Represent the organization in a professional manner at all times
  • Perform opening and closing procedures as required
  • Be available to work overtime, including Saturdays

Requirements:
  • Previous supervisory experience or readiness for that level
  • Demonstrated retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations expertise
  • Desirable: mechanical/automotive parts knowledge
  • Able to work flexible hours and hold a valid driver's license
  • Physically capable of performing the role's duties, including handling heavy products
  • Safety is a priority
