The primary objective of this position is to lead warehouse operations in a safe, efficient, and customer-focused manner.


About the Job

This role will be responsible for ensuring seamless warehouse operations, including inventory management, stock accuracy, and dispatch processes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with experience in logistics and warehouse operations. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position.


Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to safety policies and guidelines.
  • Promote a positive safety culture among team members.
  • Oversee stock accuracy, dispatch processes, and warehouse documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and transport partners.
  • Manage daily warehouse operations, driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Chain of Responsibility (CoR) principles.
  • Experience/knowledge of aluminium products is advantageous.
  • Strong safety mindset and understanding of WHSE policies.
  • Forklift license and experience, as well as High-Risk work permits, are beneficial.
  • Leadership or 2IC exposure is required.
  • Background in logistics and warehouse operations is essential.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and documentation is necessary.
