  • Develop front line capabilities, continuous improvement, and foster Lean manufacturing practises to achieve high performance.
  • Set the overall strategy and standards for best-in-class efficiency and minimize production downtime.
  • Manage daily and weekly production schedule for achieving optimum production efficiencies.
  • Work closely with Quality/Supply Chain and Engineering to optimize production performance.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, support, and performance management.
  • Ensure all ISO, HACCP, and GMP standards and practices are achieved.

Tertiary qualifications in Engineering/Manufacturing or related discipline is preferred in addition to your depth of experience in Manufacturing leadership.
