Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking an experienced Care Worker to join our team, providing exceptional in-home care services to our clients. As a Care Worker with us, you will have the opportunity to deliver personalized care services, including assistance with daily living activities, transportation, and personal hygiene support.

Key responsibilities of this role include promoting independence and dignity, fostering positive relationships with clients and their families, and providing companionship and emotional support. You will also help maintain a safe and comfortable living environment by supporting with meal preparation, housekeeping, and other household duties.

To qualify for this position, you should have at least one year of experience in the care industry, a Certificate III in Individual Support or a relevant qualification, strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to empathize with clients from diverse backgrounds, and a valid police check, working with children check (NSW), or Blue and Yellow Cards (QLD), as well as a COVID-19 vaccination certificate.

Schedule flexibility is available, with afternoon, day, and morning shifts available. We require that you be able to commute or relocate to Erina NSW prior to starting work. Key qualifications required for this role include First Aid Certification, Working with Children Check, National Police Certificate, Driver Licence, and Certificate 3. Work authorization is required for Australia.
