Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to clients in their homes, community clinics, and outreach settings.

The successful candidate will provide safe, effective, and compassionate care that meets each person's individual needs, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement integrated care plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver nursing care in clients' homes, community clinics, and outreach settings.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and their families, providing clear health information and practical guidance.
  • Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to design and implement care plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
  • Competent clinical skills aligned with the Registered Nurse Standards of Practice.
  • Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
