Home Care Support Worker

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Home Care Support Workers to provide quality care to people in their homes and local communities.

  • Domestic assistance (e.g. vacuuming, dusting, mopping) is a crucial part of our service.
  • Personal care (e.g. bathing, dressing) requires empathy and understanding.
  • Social support (e.g. shopping, outings, meal preparation) helps individuals maintain their independence.
  • Transport to medical appointments and social activities ensures seamless connections to vital services.

To excel in this role, you will need the following skills:

  • A valid National Police Check is essential for this position.
  • A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) is also required.
  • A current Australian driver's licence is necessary for transporting clients.
  • Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Home and Community Care, and/or Disability Support or Equivalent Work Place Experience demonstrates your expertise in providing quality care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills enable you to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
