Project Administrator Opportunity

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and organized individual who can provide support to a project management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day administration assistance, including maintenance of various internal sites, coordination of logistics, and communication with stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the project management team as required.
  • Owner of PM @Work Site, undertaking regular updates, redesigns, and refreshes.
  • Maintenance of PM JIRA Service Desk, conducting updates, and monitoring timely actioning of requests.
  • Coordination of PM Engagement Plan, contributing to formation of the plan, coordinating logistics, engaging with stakeholders, and managing closure of actions.
  • Issuing communications from Central PM Function mailbox.
  • Maintenance of PM Community Master List and associated Distribution Lists, based on new hires/transfers/departures, and engaging with PM BPs as appropriate.

  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Able to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

Additional Information
