Contract Administrator Job Opportunity

About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Administrator to join our team in Perth. As a key member of our commercial construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all administrative aspects of projects are managed effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contracts and negotiate terms with suppliers and clients.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Develop and implement administrative processes to improve efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics or Quantity Surveying.
  • Commercial building experience is essential.
  • Solid Intermediate level CA, with proven experience on projects $10m+ as the Lead / Solo CA.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Local experience and established relationships with the local supply chain is essential.

In WA, we specialise in commercial and industrial design and construct projects ranging from $10-$50M. We have a team on the ground here in Perth and focus on delivering a couple of projects per annum.
