Project Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to support the planning and execution of various projects across multiple phases of the lifecycle.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining detailed project schedules
  • Applying cost and resource loading, conducting 'what-if' and critical path analysis
  • Reviewing and integrating contractor schedules
  • Implementing Earned Value Management (EVM) and reporting on trends
  • Facilitating planning workshops, risk reviews, and governance reporting
  • Providing accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Strong background in project coordination and planning
  • Proven expertise in Primavera P6, SAP, Power BI, and MS Office
  • Skilled in stakeholder management and communication
  • Commitment to safety and compliance
  • Desirable: engineering qualification or accredited project controls certification

As a successful candidate, you will have a strong understanding of project planning principles and practices. You will be an excellent communicator with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
