Facilities Management Opportunities

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Facilities Manager.

  • Manage key relationships with tenants and service providers
  • Make recommendations to improve environmental performance of assets

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage budgets effectively
  • Contribute to investment plans to maximise asset values
  • Control costs and expenditure
  • Ensure building compliance and drive engineering standards across the business
  • Manage presentation and day-to-day operations of allocated properties

Additional Requirements:

  • Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise
  • Experience using computer-based building maintenance and management systems
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with all stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in facilities management or related field
  • Prior experience in facilities management role
