Job Overview

We are seeking a Property Asset Coordinator to support the administration and management of assets across our commercial property portfolio.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate data, assisting with documentation and approvals, managing renewals and rent escalations, handling invoicing and correspondence, and collaborating with Finance to ensure timely and accurate rent payments and reconciliations.

This role requires experience within the property sector, an understanding of commercial lease terms, and strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate records and data
  • Assisting with document preparation and approval processes
  • Managing lease renewals and rent escalations
  • Handling monthly invoicing and correspondence
