Accelerated Growth Strategist

We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Accelerated Growth Strategist to design and execute disruptive propositions that drive accelerated growth, maximise reach in the market and target underserved customer segments.

The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of business acumen, strategic thinking, and quantitative skills to assess and execute complex experiments that require structured thinking and strategic rigour.

This role involves building and leading a high-performing team to scale in line with the success of propositions in the market, translating commercial performance aspirations into alternative health insurance propositions, and identifying opportunities for growth through data-driven insights and customer-centric approaches.
