Equipment Maintenance Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Equipment Maintenance Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and servicing of turf maintenance equipment within a designated region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage field service priorities and schedules to ensure efficient operations
  • Maintain a clean and well-resourced service fleet vehicle to guarantee customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate and perform mechanical tasks involved in repair, maintenance, and servicing of turf maintenance related equipment
  • Establish and maintain relevant service-related information to support business growth
  • Provide product service training to clients as required to enhance their experience
  • Develop and maintain a customer base to drive financial growth of the Service Centre
  • Pursue regular internal product-based training to achieve OEM standards of service excellence
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Able to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience in maintaining and repairing mobile equipment, including hydraulic and electrical systems, diesel, and petrol engines
  • Proficient in using test and diagnostic equipment to diagnose mechanical or electrical issues
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish effective relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Valid Australian Motor Vehicle License to operate a service fleet vehicle safely
