We're seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving customer value realization and ensuring seamless adoption of our AI solutions.

You'll act as a trusted advisor to our customers, guiding them through the process of integrating AI into their daily workflows. This is a rare opportunity to make a meaningful impact and help shape the future of legal work at top enterprises and leading law firms.

Your success will be measured by your ability to onboard customers efficiently, train and enable them to get the most out of our platform, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding: Integrate our AI solutions into customer workflows, providing data-backed best practices and ensuring optimal use.
  • Training & Enablement: Champion the power of our platform, meeting with end-users and positioning it as essential to strategic legal work.
  • Relationships: Navigate complex organizations as the primary contact, fostering champions, engaging executive buyers, and building loyal advocates.
  • Success Metrics: Align with customers on adoption rates, measurable value, and positive AI experiences to ensure customer value realization and ROI.
  • Expansion and Renewal: Collaborate with Account Executives to maintain customer renewal readiness and leverage customer needs to drive expansions.
  • Product Feedback: Represent customer needs internally and relay insights back to Product and Engineering, continuously improving the platform.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-4+ years in customer-owning roles at tech or SaaS platforms.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt seamlessly in the face of high-speed change and growth.
  • Strategic Planning: Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans, prioritize revenue-driven objectives.
  • Customer-Facing Projects: Experience managing customer-facing projects and timelines.
  • In-Person Meetings: Comfortable running in-person meetings with executives.
  • Organization Mapping: Ability to map an organization and influence stakeholders.
  • Customer Metrics: Experienced in driving key customer metrics and outcomes.
  • Revenue Ownership: Proven ability to own a revenue, expansion, and renewal target.
  • Proactive Self-Management: Demonstrated ability to take initiative and manage multiple priorities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working cross-functionally with Product and Sales teams.
