Tax Professional for Private Client Services

We are seeking an experienced tax professional to manage a portfolio of private client engagements and provide tax advice and compliance services.
About the Role
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical skills, excellent client communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of private client tax engagements
- Provide tax advice and guidance to clients
- Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, trusts, and estates
- Complete Capital Gains Tax returns, Inheritance Tax accounts, and Trust Registration filing requirements
- Handle HM Revenue & Customs enquiries and assist with tax advisory projects
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 2 years recent practice experience in personal tax or mixed role with significant personal tax element
- ATT qualified (or above) or study support towards further qualifications, e.g. CTA
- Excellent organisation skills and experience in managing deadlines and client expectations
- Experience of managing a portfolio of clients
- A high level of ICT literacy with sound working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and accounting/tax software packages
- Good oral and written communication skills to facilitate effective client contact
