We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in building relationships with internal and external clients, providing exceptional customer service communication skills and proficient computer skills.

This is a permanent full-time role requiring a strong knowledge of truck and heavy equipment parts, systems, and their applications. The ideal candidate will be able to engage with all stakeholders both internally and externally.

The Service Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling servicing and repair bookings, creating job numbers, job cards allocating and communicating with workshop mechanics. They will also support the stores division for parts interpretation, pricing, availability, ordering and delivery.

A key aspect of this role is direct point of contact for clients' equipment drop off and collection. The successful candidate will assist coordinate 3rd party attendances for COI, OEM diagnostics etc. They will liaise with clients for service updates, repairs and any additional requirements.

Additionally, the Service Coordinator will work closely with the Branch Management, Administration, Procurement and Mechanical teams. They will assist create quotations and service reports, collate relevant workshop and parts information to complete invoices.
