Respiratory Service Developer

We are seeking a Respiratory Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-level support and work to develop and implement effective respiratory services.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement respiratory services to reduce emergency department presentations and hospital admissions for clients with respiratory conditions.
- Reduce length of stay for patients with respiratory illness in hospitals.
- Facilitate timely transfer of respiratory patients from metropolitan health services to their community or residence.
- Support education, self-management, and pulmonary rehabilitation for participants.
- Deliver the Home Oxygen Program, including assessment, care planning, evaluation, and review.
The ideal candidate must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and hold or be eligible to hold a current practicing certificate. At least 3 years full-time equivalent post-registration experience is required. Effective communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills are essential.
