We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our Resources and Industrials division based in Port Hedland WA. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining and creating a high-performing, positive, and safety-obsessed team culture.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct, coordinate, supervise, and achieve service objectives regarding the cartage of Bulk Diesel through shift and driver management related to the fuel activities for assigned contracts.
- Ensure that tasks are completed in the most efficient manner with agreed standards in operational procedures including strong emphasis on safety requirements.
You will be responsible for allocating and dispatching Toll loads, regularly communicating with drivers and stakeholders, compliance, and managing staff to ensure business objectives are achieved in a safe and cost-effective way.
Requirements:- Proven experience in a similar transport, logistics or related industry.
- Knowledge of WA NHVR legislation and regulations, and fatigue management.
- Intermediate computer skills preferably with Microsoft office suite.
