Port Hedland Shutdown Operations Manager

About the Role
The primary goal of this position is to ensure seamless shutdown management at Port Hedland. As a key interface between site operations and planning teams, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate shutdown duration within allocated parameters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely completion of shutdowns while confirming all necessary reports are finalized and distributed upon event conclusion.
- Manage shutdown schedules and governance of yearly budgeted hours for respective lines of responsibility;
- Foster compliance with Shutdown Management frameworks through shut planning and execution cycles.
- Analyze work performance against set KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.
About You
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent safety leadership skills, a history of field leadership participation, and be process-driven.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Capacity to make informed decisions in consultation with other stakeholders.
