We are working closely with our client, a market leading Power generation and services company, to find an experienced Project Manager to join their team.

About the Role:

This exciting opportunity has arisen due to ongoing demand for a skilled Project Manager who can lead high-profile projects in the field of Power Generation and Portable Power/Compressor Systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, contract management, site management/site works, managing people, and design through to delivery.

Additionally, they will possess excellent client-facing skills and be able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage power generation, portable power/compressor systems, dewatering/pumping systems, and other related projects from initiation to completion.
  • To oversee project teams, ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, and adherence to budget.
  • To develop and implement effective project management strategies, including risk management, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • To maintain open communication with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • To collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and logistics, to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the Power Generation and Services industry.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

$145,000 - $155,000 per annum, depending on experience.
