The Enterprise Risk unit of Edith Cowan University supports the University to make effective decisions based on a holistic understanding of the inherent risks and opportunities.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Risk Adviser to join our team in providing relevant and timely advice to support the University’s strategic goals in an increasingly complex and dynamic operational environment.
The Role
As Risk Adviser - Project Risk, you will work closely with the Senior Risk Adviser and Chief Risk Officer to support the achievement of the University’s key risk objectives. You will have a focus on:
Providing risk management support to strategic project stakeholders such as stakeholders from within the City Campus Program to enable the clear identification, articulation, monitoring and escalation of risks
Participating in project risk reviews, facilitating project risk workshops and monitoring risk management activities
Providing risk related administrative support to key projects, including the maintenance of risk information in the enterprise risk management system, Riskware
Consolidating risk information from across programs and projects for reporting into the relevant program/project governance bodies.
Supporting the broader Enterprise Risk team with relevant risk management and assurance activities.
Building relationships with stakeholders to identify and assess risks, participate in risk reviews and facilitate risk workshops.

This fixed term, 2-year contract attracts remuneration of up to $125k plus 17% University superannuation contribution.
