Business Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative solutions that drive business growth and improvement.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading analysis and managing support activities to solve complex problems in the execution of business improvements projects. This will involve investigating and determining business requirements and processes, conducting root cause analysis, and developing and implementing business solutions to processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead analysis and manage support activities to solve complex problems in the execution of business improvements projects.
  • Investigate and determine business requirements and processes, including undertaking root cause analysis and conducting process reviews.
  • Develop and implement business solutions to processes, including updating related IT management, practices, procedure, and organizational change.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, or a combination of relevant experience and training.
  • Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, BCS Business Analysis Practitioner, or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience as a Business Analyst working on multiple business improvement initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and facilitate effective conversations with staff and stakeholders.
