Business Improvement Project Lead Opportunity

  • This role requires a seasoned Business Analyst to spearhead end-to-end business improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in analysis and project management methodologies, including Agile, PRINCE2, and PMBOK. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for effective stakeholder engagement and collaboration.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  • Lead the analysis and support activities to solve complex problems in business improvement projects.
  • Determine business requirements and processes through root cause analysis, process reviews, and mapping current and future processes.
  • Develop and implement business solutions to improve processes, including updating related IT management practices, procedures, and organisational change.
  • Apply and monitor the use of modelling and analysis tools, methods, and standards to determine stakeholder objectives and underlying issues arising from investigations into business requirements and problems.
">Required Skills and Qualifications:">
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, or relevant experience and training.
  • CBAP, PMI-PBA, BCS Business Analysis Practitioner, or equivalent certification.
  • PRINCE2 and ITILv3 certifications highly regarded.
  • Extensive experience as a Business Analyst working on multiple business improvement initiatives simultaneously.
