
Lead Business Improvement Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting end-to-end investigations, analysis, and reviews of business requirements to drive business improvement initiatives.
About the RoleThe Senior Business Analyst will lead analysis and manage support activities to solve complex problems in the execution of business improvements projects. They will investigate and determine business requirements and processes in conjunction with key stakeholders, including undertaking root cause analysis, conducting process reviews, and mapping current and future processes.
- Develop and implement business solutions to processes, including updating related IT management, practices, procedures, and organisational change.
- Apply and monitor the use of modelling and analysis tools, methods, and standards in determining stakeholder objectives and underlying issues arising from investigations into business requirements and problems.
- Collaborate with University and project stakeholders in determining project strategy assessments, requirements specifications, and feasibility studies.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, or a combination of relevant experience and training. They will also have extensive experience as a Business Analyst working on multiple business improvement initiatives simultaneously.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:

- Extensive experience as a Business Analyst working on multiple business improvement initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience in business process mapping and business process frameworks and benchmarks such as AQPC.
- Proven experience with analysis and project management methodologies such as Agile, PRINCE2, PMBOK.
