The team offers deep expertise across a broad range of funds management and financial services matters, including:

Your Role

You will be involved in a broad mix of financial services, funds management, and retail credit matters for a blue-chip client portfolio.

As part of our close-knit team, you will work closely with experienced senior legal practitioners in the Financial Services industry, gaining valuable mentorship along the way.

Our Brisbane team is highly integrated with our national financial services and funds practice, and you will have the opportunity to work with partners and senior lawyers in Brisbane and across our national team.

What We're Looking For

We welcome applications from lawyers who have:

  • 2-5 years post-admission experience in financial services law, ideally within funds management or financial services regulation, gained within a reputable commercial law firm, professional services firm, regulator, or in-house
  • Strong academics
  • Excellent technical drafting and problem-solving skills
  • A keen interest in delving into complex issues
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • A client-focused mindset and a demonstrated ability to form enduring relationships with peers, clients, and industry contacts
